Highly Customized Personal Training
All personal training starts with a consultation to understand your goals and how we can help. We'll take you through a movement assessment to uncover strengths as well as roadblocks that could be preventing you from moving well. Together we'll devise a plan and specific training program to help you meet your goals. Our programming is never "cookie cutter". We will revise and revisit the plan at each session to make custom tailored tweaks and changes that respect how your body is adapting to the training program. When your body is ready for more intensity, we have an arsenal of tools to build strength, resilience, stamina, and determination.
